I saw this number plate on Henry Catchpole's twitter and he said it was 'wholly inappropriate'. What does it mean:

OAP stands for 'old age pensioner' - he is saying that he isn't one!

It means the car was registered in Chelmsford, Essex between March 1st and August 31st last year.
Who's Henry Catchpole?
