It's quite simple. You can either download the app, and it gives you an option of signing in or creating an account. Also, you can log onto instagram.com if you have a computer. Good luck!

You Can Not Make a Account on The Computer
You have to Have a Android Windows Phone Iphone or Ipod Touch In Order to Make a Account
Go to the App Store and Download the Instagram App
Once you have The App Go to Instagram Click on Register Than Fill Out the Registration Form
