I don't want some people to see all my activities like : what I like, comment, etc.
How can I limit them from seeing all the activities when they have me added in their close friends list?

You Cant the Close Friends List is a Private List Thats Only Specifically For that One person to Get Status Updates However if you Have Him Set to Private on your Posts Than it Wont Show Up
