There is no such company
That is a scam website created using a fake name, address and phone number in their registry details http://who.is/whois/transexpresscourier.net

The phone number on the top right of their website is NOT a UK business number -it's a Nigerian scam phone number http://www.joewein.net/blog/2009/11/08/dial-44-70-uk-numbers-for-international-fraudsters/

What sort of courier company has NO address on their Contacts page?http://transexpresscourier.net/?page_id=24 -- how would any customers find them and drop off their packages without even an address?

The picture on their homepage is stolen off the Hamburg Sud website http://www.hamburgsud.com/group/media/hamburgsd/contentpictures/vessels/Alianca_Santos.jpg

Their profile is obviously not written by a native English speaking person http://transexpresscourier.net/?page_id=14

Cut off all contact and file a police report if you sent money. There is NO cargo or parcel coming to you. it's a scam to get you to send money for shipping, customs and other fake excuses -- but they are just stealing your money

Please tell me you didn't meet someone on a dating site who claims he is in love with you, he will come visit soon and is sending you a parcel containing at least one of the following - engagement ring, laptop, important documents, stock/bond certificates, gold, etc. This scam has been conning women on dating and social networking sites for years. There is no parcel. This scam is run out of Nigeria using stolen pictures of men from Facebook who try to con their victims into sending money for documents, customs, insurance, shipping, etc, etc
