How to Track Facebook iFrames with Google Analytics? - Lee B - 02-20-2014 01:29 PM
We have a tab on our Facebook profile that contains an iframe that allows users to complete and submit an enquiry form.
We were split testing a Facebook advertising campaign so that some users were directed to the Facebook page containing the iframe with the form and some users were sent to the website landing page.
We set up a tracking code yet the results are not correct there is such a huge difference in the number of visitors to the website than the facebook page. Our results show that more users visited the website than the facebook page. Is this to do with browser support for iframes and tracking or something else?
