Use other social circles in addition of facebook to get more likes. I did the same.

make some girls as content creater. dnt make any admin. admins have powers to remove owners. so dont make admins bt make content creaters. also ask fr help frm other pages.

Basically you must be a blogger just join some social blogging pages in FB they are meant to promote pages and sites
