how do i view what groups my friends are apart of, or fans of on facebook?
step by step if its okay lol..

If you go into your friends info there should be two sections near the bottom 1 listing all the groups they belong to and another underneath listing all the pages they are fans of.

To see what groups your friends are in, click the Groups app. You should either see a person icon on the bottom left corner and click that. Or alternatively you can click the "Applications" link in the bottom left hand corner and you'll get a pop-up. At the top of the pop-up is an "Edit" link. Click that, then scroll down the screen for the "Groups" app. The left column has all the groups your friends recently joined. The right column is all the groups you joined. (P.S. you can also click this link to access groups: http://www.facebook.com/groups.php?ref=sb)
There's no easy way to find Fan Pages your friends recently joined. I'd just look at your News Feed to see what your friends have added to their profile.
