I'm looking to hire motivated sales & marketing (new grads are okay too) folks for my own Social media startup here in the Bay Area. However, we're thinking of maybe going offshore as well since we're operating in a distributed environment.
Any ideas on where to start?

Easy, check for newly minted business majors that are bilingual at Universities located around your area, or, the nation.
