My friend and I follow each other on instagram and when I click on her pic it's still up but when clicked to see who liked the pic it says the picture has been removed or something like that but I still see it. It's like this on 2 other pics

nothing ever gets deleted on the internet without a court order , and even then there is no way of being sure it is gone
