What are some good social networking iPhone apps for 13 year olds like Facebook or Twitter apps for iPhone. Or teen dating sites like skout/flurv or chatroom apps for teens. Thanks

I find TweetDeck pretty useful. Allows you to see your facebook and twitter in one app and post updates to both.
The other one i would recommend is WhatsApp. Its an IM app which is free and is available on iphone, android and blackberry so you can speak to most ypur friends for free and even send photos and videos and sound clips for nothing.
