how can i block my facebook page for a period of time? - Nima - 02-21-2014 02:11 AM

Hi

I would like to lock my facebook page for an interval of time because i am usually outside in campus and it distracts me a lot. For example, I like to block my account everyday from say early morning till 11:00 PM . By the way, is it possible to activate that example? if not, is there any other way?

thanks

there is no other way - you have to instead learn self control on your own

What internet browser do you use?

Sign into your Facebook account and select the "Account" tab in the upper-right corner of any page. Select the "Account Settings" option to view your "My Account" page.

Scroll down to the "Deactivate Account" option and click the "Deactivation" link.

If desired, send messages to one or more Facebook friends, notifying them of your deactivation. Check off one of the provided options to verify your reason for deactivation, or select "Other" and provide your own reason if none apply to you. Submit your preference for the Facebook email opt-out.

Click the "Confirm" button to deactivate your account. To reactivate your Facebook account, log in with your email address and password.
