what is the purpose of a "follow" button on a Facebook like page? - Didier - 02-21-2014 02:58 AM

When you like a facebook page their posts appear in your news feed and to get notifications for every update you click "liked" - "get notifications" so what the hell does "follow" after i already "like" the page. (The page was not automatically followed when i clicked like.)

i am talking about group pages etc NOT people/personal profiles that you can add as a friend

It allows people to receive updates from pages without liking the page.

The Follow Button it May Seem Confusing But the Follow Button is a Way of Getting Or Not Getting There Posts in your News Feed So If you Dont Want to See There Posts in your News Feed you Could Unfollow them And Still Be Liking There Page You Just Wont Get There Posts on your News Feed
