Firstly set you goal. If you think that you can earn ROI from Facebook advt. than you can pay for facebook advert. Because of most of people using facebook and they also visit these sites. So you can explorer your business with facebook advt. But Facebook Advertisement is more costly in compassion to Google ad words

Yes it Works if you Pay Them Some $$$$$ The Message About your Company or Product Or What Ever Your Trying to Get Out Will be Spreaded Out and if you Have a Facebook page to go With it Its Also a Good Way to Get Some more People to Like your Page
