when i open my facebook group , it's chat doesn't pop ,, what can i do ??

At the moment it's no available.
Anyway, Facebook keeps having the "how-to" in this link:

This could mean that it will return shortly or that they didn't update the FAQ (I'd say that the latest is the right one).

I suggest you use Chatwing. You can login with your Facebook and then invite whoever you want, even Twitter friends can login.
It is very simple and you can set up your own chat link if you want like.
chatwing.com/Joey
then just give that link to whoever you want. You can also open the link on your phone and bookmark it. Then you'll have like your own personal chat app just for you and your friends
