i've had twitter for a while now and i see very cool icons of faces being replaced with other faces and they also replace the background to the american flag or pizza or space (as in the sky)
also I will also like to know how you add gifs are your twitter icon or your twitter background I see many people with it and its cool! Please help? ♥

The only part of your paragraph that I really understood was the desire to post GIFs as your twitter avatar. Sorry, but you can't. You used to be able to, and you might see some old grandfathered animated avatars out there, but Twitter disabled it a while ago.
