Ok so I think I'm spending a bit too much time on facebook these days...I keep scrolling through the news feed even tho there's nothing interesting.I only have my smartphone now to access internet with.I deleted the facebook app but that's useless because I still browse it with the browser...I would deactivate my acc but I need the chat feature.

Theres an facebook chat app you could download and you could probably block facebook on your phone.

go thru your friends list and for each one, select to not show their posts on your news feed
