I planned to create a chatbox widget with following features:
Facebook integration, full-branded(their logo and name only) and unlimited users..
My target is Group/Organization Website.
Is it still in market?
How many, do you think, will rent my chatbox for $3 per month?
Range? like 10-35 groups or something? or more than that?

yes of course chatbox is still in the market. But one thing i would like to tell you that there are many free chat box widget available so you need to create a kind of widget that people really like to pay for it.
