hi I have just loged into facebook and there is a post from me saying

its probably because you clicked on a link or something. just make sure you let everyone know it wasnt you

This is Spam postings. You might clicked any link which is spam. Now the spam is posting on your wall as well as your friends wall. You just block the links from application settings.

delete it
change your password
go to your apps page here
https://www.facebook.com/bookmarks/apps
and remove any apps you know you dont use/need
