My instagram account was dormat for like 2 months and today when i logged in and tried following people I was not able to follow anyone. I clicked on follow button it went to following and then back to follow. I don't know what is happening. Does anyone know the exact reason behind it and how can I solve it ? I don't want to ruin.this account and create a new account. Please help. Thank you.

I suggest you contact instagram help. On the bottom of instagram pages there is a help hyperlink.
