i want to delete a facebook account i created..any pointers

hit the account dropbar menu in the top right, hit account settings (second one down), then at the bottom theres a "deactivate account" option. that esentially "erases" your facebook account

There is an option to deactivate your account in the setting section..... Once you deactivate it your account still exists..........Wait for one week with out any activity on facebook and your account will be deleted

If there is any chance you would want to come back to it then just deactivate it
