download this offcial ms tool
http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-hk/default.aspx
also scan your pc with mse
and remove your other crappy anti virus since its doing nothing and install maleware antibytes
and Microsoft security essentials

Boot to Safe Mode with Networking
To boot to Safe Mode with Networking, restart your computer, tap the F8 key on the keyboard repeatedly until you see the Advanced Boot Options.
Then select Safe Mode with Networking
Download Malwarebytes Antimalware from here
https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Install it in Safe Mode, update it, run a full scan, and remove everything found.
