Facebook loading issues, possibly a virus? - Elicitme - 02-22-2014 08:44 PM

I use Google Chrome as my browser, and the last few days it's been having unresponsive loading issues. One of my friends was having the same issue, a lot of people are experiencing problems with Google Chrome recently so I know that it's not just me, however, after uninstalling it and reinstalling it (which fixed my issue) I know can't seem to get Facebook to load up, and what concerned me more is I've tried to access Facebook on 3 different other browsers and it still won't load. It's only Facebook I'm having issues with, no other site, and it's on every browser I try. I got it to load up this morning once, but when I exited out of it and tried to load it again, it wouldn't. As far as I know I'm the only one in the house who can't access their Facebook, could it be a virus?

I've done scans, removed several threats, but everything else seems fine.
I'm really puzzled by that. Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks!
Firefox is okay, but I've been using Chrome for years and this is the first time I have ever had this problem with Facebook :/ I really like Chrome, and it's always been great for me. Merp.

facebook and chrome dont get along very well - you have to constantly clear your cache and cookies

use firefox instead

stop blaming things you dont understand on a "virus" - and understand the difference between a virus, malware, and spyware - they arent all the same

um well from what have read form ur report or complaint google chrome I have it and Its very good and important also very quick to open up.
But because u may not have a really good security for ur internet may b because if that so u have virus.

If that is not it security its very good and officient. If that's not the problem than it is just chrome or ur whole computer might have to be fixed .and trust me a computer engineer
