a low bugdet phone .. ?
i dont like touch phones..
i want a

supports java.
email.

and it should be a social networking phone.!
a simple phone ..

Not very simple...
Try a Samsung Ch@t, don't think it has EVERYTHING, but its ok. Or a Blackberry Curve, little more costly but it has pretty much all of that.

It has everything you want but it's Android and doesn't support java.
and why java support anyway?!! There's nothing interesting about java based OS.
Android has everything for every need now.
