I just made my account on Instagram and it immediately asked me if I want to allow Facebook friends to see my pictures and stuff but I don't know what it means exactly and would just like someone to clarify with me what it means, can I just add only people that I am good friends with, I've never had Instagram before so I don't fully understand it

it would send the pics you post on instagram automatically to your facebook page also
