you Will See the Friend Request Option
Set it to Friends of Friends

Go to your settings, click on "who can contact me " on the friend request option select friends of friends. You can also click on the person's name and click block.

you cant just block it completely, you can only set it so that only the friends of your current friends can request you as a friend
