How do I turn off "close friend" notifications in facebook? - WorldPeace - 02-23-2014 03:49 AM
A week or so ago, facebook asked me if I wanted to activate a new setting which sends me notifications every one one of my close friends posts anything. After trying out this feature for more than a week, I'm tired of it. If I want to see what my friends are posting I can just go to the home page. Now, facebook is sending me so many notifications that are irrelevant to me that the ones that actually have to do with me are getting lost in the process. I would like to turn this feature off, but I can't seem to figure out out to. In notification settings, it doesn't give me the option of turning off this feature. It only lets me turn off various notifications relating to me. What should I do?

go in your profile settings,,,there you will get everythings,,,about your desirable thing,,,you will get there notifications option....

Just Go to the Close Friends List and Remove those people from the list and that should fix the problem and stop all of the notifcations
