Yes, it is possible to delete (i mean deactivate) somebody/anybody facebook a/c, if they know their password .. If they dont know their password, then its impossible to do so ..
@Naya: i'm confused! Are you saying about blocking or deactivating or else unfriend-ing ?

one thing to delete account go on login enter id and enter password wrong 10 to 15 times repeatdly
