The Only Way you Can Do That is If you Share a Post and Have Shared Posts Private But You Can Only Do That With Shared Posts if you Noticed That link is A Shared Post
Other Than That Its Not Possible to Set Other Posts And Other Things So People Cant Like or Comment If you Dont Want People to Like or Comment than you have to Make the Photo Or Post Private
