Caught boyfriend telling his friends he had sex with me (definitely not saying how I caught him, can't be bothered with people saying I was being nosy" -_- .. - he described it and said he told them he's has plans on banging me on New years eve.. And he never told me! so basically he told his friends before he did me on when hes next having sex and what's hes going to do to me

Oh my God would you give it a rest. It's clear that you were probably snooping through his facebook or his phone and caught him telling his friends. BIG DEAL. Guys like to brag about that sort of thing, it gives them confidence and gains respect from their friends. Of course he's not going to straight up tell you he's gonna have sex with you on New Years... he's likely gonna make a move on you and slowly initiate a sexual encounter.
Take it as a compliment, and be grateful that while you were snooping you didn't find some other, possibly hurtful things.
