Complicated Facebook Photo Privacy Question? - Myra - 02-23-2014 02:57 PM

When you tag a friend in a photo on facebook, any one of their friends can see the picture but also click on your album to view the rest of it. Is there any way to let them see the photo but not click on the album to see the rest of it?
Thank you

not that I know of, or there may be but next week Facebook could change their policy yet again making things public without you knowing.

Anything you upload to FB is property of FB and it should be treated like Twitter or any fully public website. With the way they have been running/breaking their privacy policy, I would not put any of my personal info there anymore.
In fact, I deleted my account months ago, and it was a pain to do.....4 week wait period or something like that.

Under privacy setting you can set the privacy level for each photo album. Just like everything else on put on facebook. People talk about privacy issues on facebook but the thing is YOU can set each thing individually. You can make everything public or nothing public or just this and that. Just go into your privacy setting and click on customize. It's really that simple.

I want to ask the same question. I have tried all the options in privacy settings of photo album, but i still cannot find the way to let them see the tagged photo only.

However, I saw my friend's tagged photo on others' photo album, without allowing me to click the rest of the photo!!!
