Dear All,
There is an organization they want display a webpage on their facebook welcome page.
Please provide me this solution.

If you mean "facebook fans page", you can create one easily. First, you must have a Facebook account. Whether it is a business or personal account does not matter, so long as you can access it. Then, you must visit Facebook.com, go to pages and create. Choose the type of person or organization you are creating the page for, whether you are a business, person, organization, institution, artist, or what have you. However, keep in mind that once you choose the page type and enter your basic information that you cannot change the page type, unless you create yet another page, so make sure you click the right one. I have include a full tutorial below.
