is it possible for anything that I posts into my facebook page to be uploaded or linked into my Yahoo group? Some of my friends on my group does not have access to facebook and it would be nice if this is an option.

Yes, of course.
You post the URL of your facebook page in Group Messages, or in Group Links (as long as the Group Owner permits such postings)
