Does Facebook have a profile tracker? - Jade - 02-23-2014 03:12 PM

I don't stalk profiles much, but occasionally I like to browse around. So does Facebook have a tracker to show thuser that you clicked their profile page, or pictures?

I DONT THINK SO
what u can do is brose profiles that let you browse them some or lock only for friends to view

It doesn't tell people that you simply looked at their page. But it will tell them if you did something like write on their wall, tag one of their pictures, etc.

But just looking at a profile/picture won't tell anyone.

No, they do not. They only have apps that allow you to know how many people visited your profile, and that is only voluntary. The reason why Facebook doesn't allow applications to track specifically who visits is because it violates Facebook's Privacy Agreement.

Nope, the only time facebook will store your information is if you click on a specific link. Facebook has made it so that it is impossible for any apps to track profile views (including wall2wall). In order for some app to actually track you, you have to physically click a link that basically permits the app the store your info.
