I just got a new phone and new number and I keep getting notifications from the old owners Facebook ! Please someone help!!

UPDATE FUNNY STATUS' FOR THEM!!
I'm assuming iPhone?
Settings>Notifications>Facebook>Select which ones you want to turn off.
Otherwise, log out of their Facebook.
Settings and disable Facebook?
Delete the app?
