I have the 2nd generation 16gb I pod touch with the newest version of the facebook app
sk whenever I tryto talk on chat or post a picture from my iPod it says my message could not be delivered at this time

Yes I have 3bar Internet connection and the latest softwere for iPod

check your ipod firmware the current version of facebook application is 3.1.2
