is there a way you can know when someone comments on one of your pictures on facebook? like a notification of some sort that tells you who, what picture, and what they actually wrote??? if there is, could you tell me how to get it?

in the lower right hand corner, you can look at your notifications, which will tell you if anyone commented on one of your pictures.
it will also say who commented on it. to see what they said, click "your photo" in the notification.
