So I got my twitter page suspended and I wrote a letter to twitter to try to get it unsuspended. They sent me a Email the same say day and said my twitter account was not suspended in the very first place but every time I login my account and I try to follow people they still say my twitter account is suspended and I can't see my followers or the people I'm following. I don't know what I did or whats hopping but I really want my twitter account back together and running normal. Please help and thanks.

You can create new twitter account.

clear your cache or reinstall your browser also try refreshing your ip

I suggest you contact Twitter support directly and ask them to retrieve your account.
