on facebook a ton of people lok at my page and i wanted to know who looks at it the most... is there an app on facebook that tells you? ive seen people wth something like top fans but i cant find the app... please help

No, i don't think there is because that would be a privacy issue.

It violates facebook privacy policy since it isn't allowed someones activity be tracked by someone else. Otherwise, the app would have been made already and be well-known.
