If i am logged out of facebook and say visit a site like redtube...will that appear on my timeline and will all my friends see?

No, not unless you 'link' your porn account to your Facebook account (as if it was a Facebook app).

No, it won't appear on your timeline whatsoever. Nothing can appear on you timeline without you giving it consent by: sharing it, linking it or sending it, Unless a porn site were to access your Facebook from the begin and start posting link on your behalf this is highly unlikely, so relax!
