I don't want any of my friends on facebook to see my personal information (under info), how can I do that?
Also I tried to go to privacy but I can only do that my adding one by one...

go to this page and you shall find..wht you are looking for..
but in general.. you click the settings which is divided into account,privacy and application settings.. click privacy and you shall get the above page.
