It has been a few years since I signed in and I changed my Facebook password. I can't share my achievements until I change my password. I thought there was a Facebook app but when I search Facebook nothing comes up

The Facebook app was removed from Xbox 360 about a year ago!
Microsoft/Xbox noticed how many people were actually ushering that app compared to a computer and deemed it removable(not necessary)!
