Everyone will eventually have it whether you like it or not!
But seeing the number of users on FB it will take sometime.
Not the sort of thing that can be done overnight!

your not gonna be forced unless you want it. you can switch back to the old fb if you want. i have the new timeline and i like i better

Although this kind of changes have never been optional, until this moment Facebook did not inform about any established date for the Timeline upgrade to be mandatory for all users.
