You cannot move them from your old Facebook to new one. However, you can friend them again.
Just search for them at the search bar on the top of the page and friend them again! That's how you do it.

You cant move friends send rqst to frndz frm new account...
->Frst send rqst to ur old account...
->Then goto your old account accept your frnd rqst
-> select suggest frnds
-> mark all friends...
