Right click and click Save As[will save it in downloads] or Save Picture As[will save it in picture] and then in facebook click your name top right and on timeline put mouse where photo would be and click the click upload photo and go to either Downloads or Picture for your photo click the photo and click ok and photo should come up on facebook

If its On Facebook Already Go to the Album its in Go to the Picture that you Want to Pick Than On the Bottom Go to Options than Make Profile Picture
If Its Not on Facebook Already Than Go to your Profile Picture Area Click on Edit Profile Picture Than Upload Picture Than Select it From your Gallery
