So on Friday I was been commenting and posting on alot of facebook pages for s4s for my page http://www.facebook.com/NayeliOwns and I got blocked from commenting or posting on their walls. Everytime I try to do either one it says
'You've been blocked from using this feature, because you made posts on Facebook Pages that have been reported as spam. Learn more about what you can post.'
How can I fix it to start commenting again? Or when will it go back to normal?
Please help me!

Page's Admin blocked you from commenting. You can comment only if that page's admin allow you to comment in that page.
