I think its because I joined twitter train. How do I stop twitter train from adversting itself through my account and how do I delete my twitter train account. 10 pts to the best answer!!

All you have to do is change your twitter password and it should work.

This once happened to me.
Here's what they say.
We may send tweets on your account to promote the TwitterTrainorg. VIP accounts will not be used for this.
We do not save your Twitter Passwords or send out more than the first registration tweet none after that. We are here to assist you in getting more followers not to spam tweets to accounts. Any automated bots result in the removal of your account.
I try changing the password.
