On Facebook I made lists and put friends in it, I want to delete that list, but not those friends... If I delete the list, will my friends be deleted? Or will they just not be on that list?

NO just go ahead and delete the list ur friends will still be there ive done that many times even in the new facebook that just got released
U will just have to creat a new list and start adding ur friends in them
