You can't move them but you can inform each of your friends in your list to add your new facebook account to their list so you can be connected with them. Just make sure your new FB account isn't invisible to everyone yet. You can set your privacy settings afterwards.

You Cant Transfer Anything to your New Facebook you Have to Add All your Friends From your Old Facebook on Your New Facebook Same Thing With Photos and Everything Else

there is no way to transfer friends, and it is against the rules to create more than one account
