I want to create a Facebook page that resembles this type of URL (http://www.facebook.com/<mynamehere>) I also want my Facebook page to be my main account not my personal profile. If possible

You just go all the way down on the homepage, and there's a navigational bar at the bottom. There should be a link that says "create a page". Or, press ctrl+F and type create a page, and it should take you to the link. You're welcome.
