I have seen on people's profiles there is a new Timeline profile, I am wondering what exactly it is and whether, if you install it, you can change back to the older, more familiar profile.
Any information on Timeline would be very grateful, thank you

you can enable it here
http://facebook.com/about/timeline
but you cant "go back" to the old format if you dont like it
but everyone is going to be forced to use it later this month, so you might as well familiarize yourself with it as soon as you can so that you can be prepared with the changes
